Morning guys. It is hot. Counting the days down till squirrel season starts. Thinking about going to Aurora Ky. to the Breeders Showcase this weekend. Think I will trade my light in for a new one.

Thinking going to a K-Light. They tell me they are good with those G-2 Heads. I have got a G-2 head with my light now but I have to see if it will plug into it.

got out and picked 2/3rd's of a ice cream bucket full of blackberries..enough to make jelly ,,but mine here at the house arent to great..birds are eating them pretty fast now..

HOT aint the word for it!!!!!!!!!!! They said this afternoon on the radio it was 115 with the humiture. This is goin' to stick with us till next monday. Guys the squirrel's may fry in their dens before season open's. One of the guys at work today told me they rescued 3 baby coons in the dumpster today, the little farts got in and couldn't get out, as hot as it was they would have roasted in there, no shade or drink---thats worse than gettin' goodyeared.

I went to the sheriffs dept. website ..it has a list of all inmates ..I seen it this morning..jail is nice and full it looked like.....www.co.coles.il.us/Sheriff/index.htm

Another day another hot one--here it is 3:00 in the mornin' and its muggy already. It never did realy cool down last night, oh well summer time in Illinois is here.

What are you doing up at 3AM? Got another question what do they call you on here? Rex how many jars of jelly did you end up with?

Mike, He is up at 3A.M. to go to work drives a truck for County Materials halls concrete pipe. He had to be in Effingham by 7:00A.M. They call him Tony or TD. Not long and you will get to do your squirrel hunting. Went and picked Blackberries at 6 this morning. Still have a lot that are red. Take care and try and stay cool. Linda Bigtimbers wife

Haven't got very many yet but what I have gotten have been pretty big. I pick them by our five acre field and when I was up there this morning a doe was in the field grazing. I like to watch them but they also make pretty good supper. Do you have to go back to the doctor any more or did they release you?

wern't to bad today..I went and collect money from last weeks job's....man is it hot here ..tomorrow is supposed to be the hottest...thats ok..I ain't got nothing for tomorrow and I ain't answering the phone today.....boy got two flatheads on rod reel last night..15 pounder and a 8 pounder....if it cools up next week I may try and catch one..got 12 jars of jelly and one medium cobbler...eating it for lunch....stay cool men.....TD..I seen one of our old classmates went to jail last night......Harry Jones...but on the bright side it ain't nothing new for Harry....

Mike, Don't like staying in myself but don't want to be fried either. Just got electric back after 3 1/2 hours sure feels good. Coles Moultrie is here cleaning out lines have been trying to get them here since 2007. Trees in lines everywhere. Out of power yesterday for 2 1/2 hours hope not out tomorrow. Destroyed one of my flower beds but that's the sacrifice have to make for comfort. Really hot out be careful everyone. Feel sorry for TD today. Later Linda

Just got done with supper--chillin' out. It was nasty hot down at Fairfield this mornin'--even before noon. When I got to Effingburg there was a little breeze. On the way from Flora the road coons were plentyful on Rt. 45. If thats any sign we should have plenty to hunt this season. Harry must have needed a place to chill out--LOL. I was talkin' to a guy this mornin' he said yesterday it showered in Paris for a little while. Big cool down comin' this weekend so the T.V. just said.-----WE'LL SEE---- Lind has plenty of pics. of Coles Moultrie clean up--- right now it's anything but a clean up.

TD glad you made it through the day. Going in and get in my recliner and that is where I will be the rest of the night. You all have a enjoyable evening.
