Can’t give you a max but new just playing round I got over 2 miles…. I live in flat ground with little to cause interference.

Garmin Pro 550 Plus

I found out that in August of 2024 Garmin did a Very Impressive Update to the 550 Plus and a couple changes they made :

* Range is now the same as other Garmins...9 miles.

* You can now Mark your Trucks Location

* The 550 Pro Plus will now Pair with your Smartphone and you can have the Garmin Explore AAP on it with Maps of your Dogs Location........Free.

I absolutely LOVE this System......!!!

No more Junk that I don't need, You can Mark the Truck, you can have a Map on your Phone if needed ( I haven't ), Range is right there with any other Garmin on the Market.


LOVE IT.......LOVE IT.......LOVE IT....!!!
