Mr. Lambert, look at the final results of the Winter Classic, Walker dogs won more than 3 or 4 casts, they had 5 dogs in the top 10 with double cast wins. That's 50 percent of the top 10scores being Walker dogs. The best any other breed had was 2 for 20 percent and no red bones had double cast wins. Lol. Dave

winter classic

Mr. Lambert not sure about you but i would rather tree possums with a red dog than win with a walker. Just my preference.

Robert, I really like red bones just as much as any other breed, but I was just having some fun with Mr. Lambert over his remark about Walkers not doing so good when the weather was bad and coons harder to tree. Everyone is entitled to hunt whatever breed suits them, but no one should let their bias towards any breed lead them to make false or unfounded statements about a breed. There are good and bad in every breed, I have owned and hunted every breed of hound and cur dogs we have and seen good and bad in every breed. I would not hesitate to own a good dog in any breed. Dave
