The dog had real live racoon looking down!

I see 5 dogs in round 3 that don't have UKC titles...

Hobo

There are several dogs in the top 26 that hunt UKC and PKC, not just the ones without a UKC title. Dave

Mike,

I can't agree with you on all points you bring up. Lots of times judges are selected from area hunt is held, so cast is judged fairly to all. People from our area keep track of each other & DON'T let much get pulled.

I know about being leash locked, happened last Sat. at our zones. My 'professional handler' (good buddy) pulled my dog off tree & kept her on leash to score other dog @ 300 yds. After pulling him off, other 2 dogs had went over a hill, no dog barking, so they walked to top & both handlers treed immediately, when they heard their dogs. Had to walk a mile to them, had 2 dogs leash locked for almost 90 minutes of 2 hr. hunt. Bad break!! Maybe, but my buddy won't be keeping dog on leash again any time soon.

Ryan, even some $KC dogs tree a real live one once in a while. That is why several of our state race dogs are in this world finals.

You can say anything you want about judges, but really think top handlers of TOP dogs, don't really want card because then no one can say they had to pull something to win. When you have 'dog power' like Big Country, Shack, Bonnie, Maggie on the end of their leash, a handler don't have to do anything, but let the dog do their talking. JMO. Take care, Ron.
