No one said anything about unminusing anything. You can call timeout and delete for danger before minus. It happens all the time for roads, posted land and danger is included in the same rule. It is left up to the cast or non hunting judge to decide whether something is truly dangerous or as I mentioned before grasping at straws.

I personally know several guys that spent a long period of time up a tree due to a herd of angry buffalo lol. Wasent a bit funny either now that’s interference!!!!

I saw somebody’s red dogs got 4th and 7th at redbone days I didn’t think we gave out placements anymore 1rst and 10th was the same thing.

Anyone that is treed in when time outs are called their trees are still scored. Dogs struck are deleted.

Allen has said multiple times before that once a dog is treed in, it can not for any reason leave the tree. The second the dog left the tree it is minus no excuses, it left a tree it's minused. If it comes in and runs a dog off a track you can vote whatever you want but if there is a tree involved it changes everything.

You nailed it with this one. I would guess that scenarios similar to this are used more often than most will ever know as an excuse to change spots. Especially since time outs for the heck of it and minus strike are not an option timeout rules.

You may think it sissy, but coyotes aren't playing fair. They come in numbers. They can and will kill hounds at a tree. Seen it done before we could get into a tree one night down here. poor hound never stood a chance. When its about 5 to 1 the odds are not good. Make it 1 on 1 and most hounds will win that battle.

Why you calling BS ? It’s possible, very possible. Down here in North Mississippi a pack of coyotes is not a big surprise at all coming into a dog that’s treed. Had to shoot a pistol in the air quite a few times.Part of it I guess.
