Help me get the correct story on the Badlands Chaps. In my opinion it really has nothing to do with James personally. Just the branding of the chap. The Badlands chaps were something that yoder made and put on a boot for James. For some reason there was an issue and Yoder started marketing the same chap under a different name. "Bushmasterr". That is where the rumor mill comes in. I really don't know or care if the Bushmaster is still being put on a boot for James and called the Badlands Chap. The Badlands name even though it's not trademarked is nite times name brand therefore Yoder is not the only company that can produce the Badlands chap or name..Just as your lights are boss lights..I wouldn't sale a light using your name nor would I sale a chap with Badlands label without talking to either of y'all companies.

Yoder's has a right to call his chap any name he pleases just as Badlands can keep their name and get it mfg.where he pleases.

My company also owns a chap line made by Yoder's Called Valley Creek Pro Chaps but it came to my attention a few years back that my identical chap was being sewn and labeled on other brands so therefore integrity and loyalty doesn't always exist in this business.
