Mistakes/opinions

Wasn't a very strong judge if he changes his mind on the way back to the clubhouse. Nothing is perfect in life, courts do their best in every trial, but still make mistakes. No such thing as 100% correct in all cases, but knowing the rules and UKC'S position [ advisor ] gives one a better chance to be right! Dave
