If you give a detailed accurate description it usually knocks the phone calls down to 0! Lol.

If you have a dog for sale, you might get a hundred phone calls, and out of that hundred there are two genuinely interested. Those are the two you want, but you have to kiss a lot of frogs to find a prince; its just part of the game.
