You can change your mind but once it's scored it and doesn't have a ? by it. It's over and done.

Rule 16 B Situations not questioned and noted at the time judges decision is made, will not be considered


Show me the rule that say you can change your mind after it's been scored.

"the time judge's decision is made"... That doesn't say judge can't change his mind and change his decision later on. That only pertains to when a handler can question a judge's decision. If a judge changes his mind and changes his decision later, then a handler can then question that decision.
