KC's

Joey we run all three here at our club, UKC, PKC, and CHKC combined our club is doing real well. Each KC has it's own clientel or those that prefer. We all help out and it seems to work very well and Tar u are right the other KC's don't draw a lot of $ individually but combined for the year it adds up. We actually have a fall classic PKC and this year did a 4 wheeler hunt and did very well. Our UKC hunts still do well even with small #'s however we do a full event schedule with BS, FT, WR, and NH and with our kitchen.

I'm glad your club does well Tony, its because you have those volunteers. Unfortunately most do not have either volunteers or money.

up here in kh we are running ukc as we have for many years but we also run 24 pkcs a yer those little pkc hunts add several hundred dollars per year to our treasury granted we make more on ukc but the cost is much more we have found that most people will particapate more if you offer more then a win slip give a chance to win nice prizes and run a family friendly event seemes to bring lots of folks out go to our fb page and read the interest we have built it is amazing what has happened in swanzey nh we stuggled for many years but have turned the corner hopefully it continues but we did not do it with 1 kc or the other but a combo our first htx hunt is this weekend hopeing for a good turn out

Well the further you get away from Kalamazoo you get the worse it gets we don't have enough big hunts anymore to create interest Texas state hunt used to have 350 dogs a night Ada Oklahoma the same any major hunt is at least 14 hrs drive and I can't figure it out the black eyed pea hunt $6,500 entry in Texas sold out in 15 minutes I don't care if one man bought them all it raised money for the club we need backing from the kc's they got to act like they are hungry like they want to make an appearance they got connections they just like us to do it all buuuuuut there is one down here that's hungry for buisness and I am going to help him my loyalty has to be paid for from now on you snooze you loose no more 14 hr drives for me I will just make me one right here.

I realize that to the fullest, and you seem to have got the point. A money hunt with a few dogs ain't hardly going to buy stamps to send a check with by the time the winners and fees are paid. Hunt Director format has not and will not change that.

Then you can just stay over on that other board with all your loyalty. But then you would just be talking to yourself with all the traffic they get.

Well boys here I am sitting all alone till 2 in the morning just so 4 people can hunt but without me 0 would get to hunt , we have to do something down here or just close it up there were 0 show up for the bench show so I guess if no ones gonna show we will just quit having them that’s 2 hours wasted of my time so you north Georgia boys prepare to no longer have a local club everyone has time to get on here or Facebook and blow smoke but won’t support a local club it’s bs

MAYBE WE ALL NEED TO LOOK AT OURSELVES AND NOT THE KC'S UNITED WE STAND DIVIDED WE FALL. SURE THINGS CHANGE TECHNOLOGY CHANGES TYPE AND STYLE OF DOGS ETC. It was 6 but the ntch cast was hunting right next to the club me and Ralph got to hear the whole hunt enjoyed that !! one more obligation for the year then me and Fred are hitting the road and we ain't taking no prisoners lol.
