I like BBQ coon, slow cooked in the oven, or cooked in a roaster with carrots and oinions. BBQ is my favorite.

With that being said, I'd starve if I had to depend on the dog I have right now.

I wouldn't have to worry about culling mine, because he'd starve to death.

Not sure the meat yield on a racoon. Figure an average 12 pound coon would yield 2 to 3 lbs of meat. Just taking one coon per tree I should have over 500# of meat to barbecue. However, I prefer beef.
