Doing away with Obamacare, I think we need to help the poor and the ones that can't afford Healthcare, but don't force your Plan on the rest of us.
Stopping All Muslims from coming to this Country, at least until they go thru a Rigorous Background Check, and we find out their intentions.
Just a few........

If not you don't mean ALL. This is another example of a idea put out there by Trump, that a lot of his supporters have not thought through.

quote:Tom, seems you are looking for some thing to cry about. I believe Trump was talking about immigration, citizens do not immigrate. The voters today are so dumbed down that you need to give them a very vague idea to get behind. Imagine if you gave them your written immigration plant to read, all 700 pages, how many would read it and how many would understand it? So they throw out a talking point, the media takes it all out of context, then someone gets his undies all bunched up and goes on a forum like he read the proposed law and is all of a sudden an expert on immigration. I will not discuss what you "thought" he said, what the media "thought" he meant about some thing you know absolutely nothing about.

Tom, the news media need to be forced to tell the whole truth instead of twisting the news to make it tell what they want you to hear!!! They need to go back to investigative reporting and tell all of the facts.

Ed, are we talking about immigration? Or are we talking about the ISIS threat? I will agree Trump has dumbed things down! Way down! LOL! Bottom line you can't ban ALL Muslims! You don't need to be expert. Simply knowing what the Constitution says is all that's required!
As, for Trump supporters starting to now cry about the media. Do you ever apply your media logic to Hillary? When right wing media outlets give you "sound bites" with her, how deep do you dig? Or does your reasoning only apply to poor Trump? Your going to have to get over it! It is what it is! Regan won in a landslide, guess what the media was biased against him. Same with others! Trying to place blame on others is a Trump trademark, I understand, however the problem is he is just a horrid republican candidate!

He can't ban religions from coming here. That may have been a little white lie he told lol. He knows that. It does not matter who is elected. This country will never be the same as it was. The good times are really over for good. Least if Trump gets it. I will still have my guns to defend my family and self with legally.

Tom, I will rephrase my question, Please quote the constitution that says you can't ban a person or persons from immigrantimg here based on their religion?
Tom , if you are looking for a reason not to vote for Trump, do the research your self and quit relying on cnn. You mite be surprised at who is really against Trump and why so much negativity is thrown at him. Do you want business as usual, I have no idea how the next administration is going to handle the national debt, 20 some trillion dollars, but I do know I don't want a democrat doin it. How are we going to handle legal and illegal immigration? I don't know, but I don't want the democrats continuing to do what they are. What are we going to do about race relations, I don't know, but I don't want the democrats to continue stirrin up crap. What about gun rights , yes gun rights as stated in the constitution, who will respect them we sure as heck know who wont. So if Trump bein a little too rude for you is all you need to not vote for him, fine. Remember, just because you think it, doesn't make it a fact.

I think this is the best time to be alive in the history of the world. Air conditioning, polio has a vaccine, discrimination of all kinds has been reduced, gas is cheap, craigslist, you can complain and moan on a forum instead of driving your friends and wife crazy, and coons are plentiful. No one has taken your guns away ("yet!!" you shout), and everyone can still afford ammo. Someone who wants to earn wages can do it readily in this country. Some people may have to travel for work, but they have always had to do that..... even in the "good old days" when many had to move to Detroit for good wages.
If by the "good times" you mean racism and widespread illiteracy, child illnesses killed many needlessly, I guess they are over. We haven't had a major war or medical epidemic that has taken a large percentage of our loved one in several generations.
Sure we have problems, but focusing on the negative things is silly.
To many people just complain on here, instead of being thankful for what they have. Many on here, just have more history than future, and you can just feel the bitterness come up in their posts. I am sorry for everyone on here who has not lived a fulfilling life, but I would direct you to conservative AM radio as the eternal spring of bitterness.
Here is a question:
What if everyone on here would be as passionate about hound hunter rights instead of their emasculating firearms?

Here is another problem with Trump. The idea that you can ban an entire group of people based solely on their religion. In this case muslims, is to put it simply unconstitutional, and dangerous! Trump doesn't seem to care about the constitution, and a lot of his supporters not all, but a lot seem to have forgotten about it as well.

Don't know how you could say that. If you're only figuring economic freedom along with modern age medicine giving protection against major diseases, then way back during the Reagan era was the best times.
Since then we've lost both economic growth, and personal liberties.
% of Gross National Debt per GDP was 60% under Reagan, now it's over 100% under Obama. By the year 2025 we will be spending more money to service our debt than we will be on our military.
Economic growth under Reagan averaged 7.1% , under Obama an anemic 2.8%.
One of Reagan's highest initial priorities was reducing restrictive regulations. He enacted a regulation task force, and by Executive order issued a rule requiring all regulations to meet a common sense cost-benefit analysis.
Just Obama's single coal regulation cost over 9 billion annually. The regulations beyond that are too numerous to list.
Individual and religious liberties are getting squeezed at an alarming rate. That's a whole other page of discussion.
In my biased opinion, USA is still the greatest place to live. But anybody that thinks it's the best times we've ever seen is living with blinders on. Near 70% of Americans that think the country is headed in the wrong direction agree with me. They might not agree on the FIX, but they can sense things are not even close to right.
