I ended up going with hunt on X Map card because when I spoke to garmin they said as far as private land it only shows it as that private land, hunt on X actually shows land owner information and can be updated for 25$ where as garmin you have to spend the 75$ and just get a new card. Also the people I spoke with said hunt onX was a lot more up to date than garmin.

All recently produced HuntView Map cards include landowner names for Arkansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Pennsylvania, East Texas, West Texas, and Wisconsin.
Cards produced for Western states a couple of years ago did not have this information originally but moving forward this will be included.
Thank you!

Deep creek. I have owned and sold some of the x hunt maps and they are quality maps and cost $99. The thing we are getting confused on or maybe I am confused is the Birdseye.
The Birdseye is what most people that use their Garmins for dog tracking want. The x hunt maps that I had did not have Birdseye. Please clear that up for me as you sound experienced with them and I only handled a couple states. Fl and GA. I would hate to see several people from reading this post buy something thinking they are getting Birdseye maps and get something else.
I understand what your saying about landowners names and it is neat to drill down and see the name of the persons land your on but not a necessity for dog hunting. Most of my sales for those cards went to Timber Guys that wanted to find out who to contact about buying timber. With that said if if the landowners name is what you want then there are phone apps that will give you that info cheaper.

When I say Birdseye I am referring to the "live image" if garmin had that now I would much rather have that. The land owner side of things would just be nice for looking at new pieces of land to hunt. That's all

After I looked at the on X website the cards sound very similar and the cards they Carrie now do have the Birdseye. I am using it for dog tracking I currently have a 320 with no Birdseye so that's why I am looking at the map cards. Bruce did you say you had garmin map card for mi in stock?
Thanks
