5 min to shine is plenty. 5 min Is plenty to open after strike. 5 min. should get a dog scratched for not hunting and 2nd & 3rd tree position should be closed after 1 min.

I would like to have option to squall after two minutes. After you start squalling you only have 3 minutes then tree is dead. Give option to the handler that had 1st tree.

Shine time
Ha! Ha!- I believe the ones talking about 3 minute shine time are referring to the bucket tree coons. Guy usually have a pretty good area wore out around those trees and the coons look pretty quick- " probably thinking okay now you see me so get out of here and let me eat!" Ole Roy does not taste all that bad. Now " wild" coons in the MTS and swamps ( among other places ) it just don't happen that way folks.

Ain't hunting on buckets down here just don't belive a man should have to waste 10 minutes at a slick tree when they are going to circle the son of a gun anyways when they ask you how you vote you say slick and they are mad at you the rest of the night about five minutes of three guys blowing the guts out of the squallers they got now days starts getting on my last nerve anyways lol.
Robert
Lol. I can agree with you regarding those situations. My issue is with an honest tree in MTS and other thick woods hunting accurate dog/s. I guess my comment should have mentioned "except" slick trees! Dave
