It's deeper than that in my opinion. It's a one man arrogance show in my opinion. He's so great in his mind he doesn't need to know the rules. I don't claim to begin to know how it all works, but even I know that it takes a ground game operation with skilled operatives in place to make it all come together. Everybody knows that.

Be like me showing up to a hunt with a dog capable of winning, treeing 6 coon then screaming and threatening to burn the club house down when I learn the dog that scored on 4 coon could win the hunt, because I didn't even bother to read the rule book and got minused on strike points, tree points, and slick trees. It's not fair my dog treed the most coon and if they don't give it to me I'll make them pay.

I bet there is some that would like to, but I really can't see how they would do it. I've heard the rules explained several times now by people that know how it works.

The new rules for that years convention are established the week of the convention. The rules are hashed out, voted on, and passed by the delegates. Who's going to have the majority of delegates by a BIG margin? Trump and Cruz. The rule that was put in place last time was that you need to have won 8 states to be on the ballot. (A rule put in place last time to keep Ron Paul from having a say.)

Does anybody think that either the Trump delegates or the Cruz delegates will propose or allow a rule change that would open it up to Kasich, or Paul Ryan, or anybody else they would drop in? No. So unless the party chairman or somebody else would completely override protocol on live TV, it can't happen. If it does all heck will break loose.

He better or he's not getting to 1,237. He most likely will win NY, however even if he does he's still off track!

Its projected to be a blow out already.

It needs to be, just to get him back on track of having to win North of 50% of the remaining delegates to get to 1237. So far he's been getting about 46% of them. He needs them all just to have a reasonable shot from here forward.

Like i said, this thing needs to get over with! I'm sick and tired of this nonsense. Whether you like it or not, Trump will be the nominee. Lets unify and beat the Clinton machine. Even if he is a little short, he'll get the nomination. GOP isn't gonna destroy the party over their dislike for Donald Trump. If they do, then their stupider than I thought!!!! Hey Dawg, is stupider even a word. I think it is in Arkansas.....lol
Oh ya. I am getting tard of all this barking and nothing up the tree! Sounds like a ......... Not a boooootick. Lol till I'm blue in the face

It looks like the Trump Train is going to make one more stop in Indiana next week. It will be your last chance to get on.
If you don't get on board in Indiana you are going to get left behind.

} } } }}}}}}-----BOOM!!
The Trump Train broke the sound barrier last night.
Fully loaded now and burning clear out the stack!!!

Bob Knight is getting on today and sealing the deal for Trump in Indiana.
Already leading in Both In. and Cali. means party is over for Cruz and Welfare trip Kasich.

Trump cleaned house. I think he did better than even he expected lol. Cruz finished pretty much last in all of em. If the gop has a fighting chance they best let Trump get it. Hes the only person that can hang with her and get even close to winning. Unless they have some person in mind that everybody loves to nominate at the convention. I mean Id prolly vote for Clint Eastwood or uncle Ted lol. Not cruz or that feller in dead last place with Rubio still ahead of him. One of them get it. I Wil vote for myself.

Will tonight knock out either Cruze or Welfare Ride Kasich?
'Sounds' like Cruze is leaning towards dropping if he loses Indiana?

Oh my goodness, all of their rhetoric, all of their lies, all of their back door political moves and all of their money could not derail the Trump Train. The American people have spoken. Even the Chairman of the Republican Party said that Trump was the Nominee last night. The Republican Convention is just a formality now. But what are we going to talk/post about now? Can Trump beat Hillary? Will the Trump Train roll right on up to the White House front door? Is the world as we know it going to end? Or is Trump going to "Make America Great Again"? Will there really be a big change? What will the future hold? When are they going to start working on that wall? Or is everything just a bunch of campaign lies?

I'd be willing to bet the farm on a president Clinton. Trump doesn't have a snowballs chance in a fire.

Democracy is the theory that the common people know what they want and deserve to get it good and hard. H.L. Mencken

Congratulations America we get to pick between Trump and Clinton this fall. Believe I'll sit this one out. Shoot I'd vote for Bernie over either one of those.

Your welcome. Sit at home. Thats the thing to do. Give up all your freedom. Thats what they want anyhow.

Good post!! I do disagree with the Bernie part, but know what your're saying! We get to choose between liberal A, and liberal B! I'm with you. Think I'm going to sit this one out! Hillary just won the presidency last night!

LOL, rhetoric, lies, back door moves! You don't know your candidate very well. You just described Trump's entire campaign!

I wouldn't vote for Bernie, but I believe I'll sit it out as well. I know several people that wouldn't vote for Romney last time because he was a Mormon.

Therefore I don't need lectured on my lack of support for a Republican nominee that spent his business career buying off corrupt democrat politicians, and without so much as a second thought will on camera imitate and mock a handicapped reporter who is that way because he suffers from fetal alcohol poisoning. All just because the man disagreed with him.

I'll vote for senate and state races this fall, not for the President unless I write somebody in. For a list of reasons I stated in the post of mine you quoted, as well as many more too numerous to list, I wont vote for Trump.

The only possible thing that would sway my mind on that is if he would say that he would nominate Cruz as a Supreme Court nominee, or a nominee equally guided by the Constitution, if that person even exists.
