Always been times of doubt with some. Never has the majority of Americans been without doubt but instead sure of the lack of integrity within government as today. JMO. At least not in my lifetime.

And it's on both sides. Bernie Sanders is doing so well because he's constantly preaching about a "rigged" system, and many times he's talking about his own side.

One thing for sure, sanders is honest, to bad he is on the wrong end of it.

Yep. If I was a democrat, I'd have a hard time not voting for him, given the other choice. He actually believes what he's saying, even though he's wrong on the economics, and he's not corrupt.

He is by far out shinning Hillary on the debate to night. He is smoking her on gun issues! At least he is honest about his policies. To bad all of them aren't that way!

Bernie is a likable fellow. Unless he's pulling the wool over my eyes, I believe he believes what he's saying and is an honest man, and for sure not corrupt. He just happens to be wrong on just about every subject. Lol.

Not trying to take sides, see both Apple's view and don't trust the Government but in the San Bernido murders why can't the F.B.I. give the phone to apple, stay 50 foot away with no camera's, and have apple open this 1 phone, and only this phone. The guy is dead and as far as I am concerned has no rights. and it might show who was helping him. On the other side maybe it is a hoax and he had no help. At least it would be known.

I always thought that "innocent until proven guilty" was another one of those American Principals?

I would say apple has it just wants PAID to use it as it would ruin future sales .....and only thing our government pays is foreign countries and American slugs votes.....so Mexican standoff pun intended

Now, as reported by fox, the table has been turned. Apple wants to know how the government opened the phone. I wonder how willing the government will be to let apple know how they did it after the way apple treated the government.

The feds. have this policy of not giving statements for on going investigations. I just wonder if there wasn't some secret back door/out of public sight help from Apple on this?

I was going to hold my tongue, but I can't help it. For the love of God people read the constitution. Your right to privacy can be infringed upon if there is probably cause to issue a warrant. If this (expletive deleted) was still alive, he would have no legal grounds to deny the FBI from trying to search the phone.

Now if there was a constitutional right being violated, it could be argued that the 3rd amendment is being violated, in that a governmental organization is trying to force a private party to render services out of convenience.

By the way, this whole argument is irrelevant because the FBI paid a third party to crack the phone and they did it without Apple's help.
