We don't ask our fellow hunters if there dogs struck a coon last nt. We ask if they treed any last nt. Coon dogs bark enough as it is.

I can say I totally agree. And when you say you have an HONEST strike dog people say No you have a poor strike dog.

And unfortunately there's no good way to minus them.

I didn't know those body cams had the ability to smell coon scent??? Gotta get one of these and then I won't need a dog. LOL. Sorry Wild Bill, I couldn't resist.

For the rest that have all those babbling dogs. Please keep your bloodlines in your back yards. We don't seem to have all those problems down here in these hills. Yes once in a while you will run in to one, but for the most part, the coon hunters in this neck of the woods are still real coon hunters, and they don't play the game of coon hunting (win at all cost) they still pleasure hunt the dog that they take to the big dance on the weekend.

Glad I don't live in Babbling City!!!!

good one,lol
when you video the same dog barking off the chain at the same distance more than once,,

i'd take the cast to the stripmines and watch how fast the handler gets minused out or withdraws his dog,

and if the dog was known thruout as a babbler and the handler pulled that cant catch/prove it ,

he would be going to the cutovers and strip land till he got the message "we dont approve of babblers"

hows it go when a dog barks so long and dont tree where there are no coon,

will have to babble in a straight line into the next county on his next drop if i was guide an judge.

Babling is when a dog barks where there is no track. Walk the cast down a lane 150yards turn around go back to the truck, turn back around and cut the dogs down the lane. Problem solved! Minus if he STUPID enough to strike his dog!! Striking a dog on a bable is cheating!!!
