i never said pray in school , i said prayer in school , i would bet you if you did pray to where you could be heard everyday they would stop you though , you was saying freedom of religion what about freedom of speech you don't change things to please the 20% of rock rubbers and turn the other cheek and take third eye blind , only for one reason the USA has sold out their values , MERRY CHRISTMAS ..

Then what are they celebrating then ? It didn't start as a holiday and get changed to Christmas ...it started as a celebration of the birth of Chirst and now people want to change it to a holiday. ..

Actually i believe the 25th of dec started as a pegan holiday and christians adopted the date to celebrate the birth of christ which was closer to sept if i remember right. and jmo i think easter should be celebrated more than christmas. look at what the apostles preached the resurection not the birth. And look at what christians go thru else were we should not complain the lord said we would be persecuted and killed for him and to count it as a blessing when it happens. never the less if happy holidays is what they wanna say i wont be offended at all. as many people that say terrible things as there are out there if somebody goes out of their way to extend a christmas or holiday greeting it should be welcomed.

Until i am are persecuted and killed if I am, I don't plan on being a some little zombie sissy not expressing veiws and complaining if need be

values do get taught every day i see it all the time and am happy when i do see it.

thats the great thing about free will we can do WHATEVER we want but we all answer for it later. personally i think we would all be better off spending the time we use complaining reading our bible and looking at how the men god used to write it would have handled these things. Myself included!

I still believe in Santa Claus he brings me new coonhunting stuff every year sure wish he would get me a better dog evidently his elves don't know how to make one of those I sure need one I am to poor to by one and to dumb to train one please Santa I will be good for a long time !!

rthompson, when you give in to the politically correct an let them have their way to do what they want you may as well just fold it up and join them, they try and push their beliefs down every ones throat and people just go along with it because they are scared of getting sued or hurting someones feelings, i would not take the back seat because they would not for you.

Happy Holidays is basically a 5 week period from Thanksgiving through New Years. It's not one day. It's a season, or should I say "T'is the season.

Merry Christmas is December 25th.

There is nothing wrong with either one!!! Both are respectful well wishing!!!

Moleman i just look at it like a two way street if i dont want somebody cramin their beliefs down my throat i certainly will not cram my beliefs down theirs. nothing irritates me more than a hypocrit maybe because ive been one a few times and look back at it and it makes me sick im sure if some body put a muslim or hindu or any other type of holiday scene in front of a school you would throw a fit and thats why we have a separation of church and state you wouldnt want a muslim teacher having your children pray to allah now would you!! Lol
