Update on Eli

Went out and stayed with Eli all day. He is not doing well at all. My biggest worry is he went without air to his brain for to long of a time and that he maybe brain dead. They are continuing to run test so I ask each and everyone of you to continue to pray. Eli is like my second son I got him into coon hunting when he was a child. He has continued on since I have had to give it up due to my work. A lot of people have met Eli through coon hunting and care for him such as you spoke of earlier Tim Osborne who came and we talked today. Tim has been good to Eli for years as I was fading out of the sport and I thank him for that. Just please continue to pray cause it is all in God's hands now.

I went and seen Eli yesterday, I was speechless because everytime I seen Eli, he always had a smile on his face,laughing and carrying on with me. Now he is laying there fighting for his life knowing that there are family and friends that love and care for. I pray god that he gives him and his family the strength to overcome this tragic accident. I met Eli when he was younger through terry and they were the best people to hunt with. Every year at walker days in salisbury ,I would make my way by to see him. God be with him.
