DNA takes 8-12weeks. I've had two of my dogs DNA'd. One thru UKC and it was pretty true to 8-weeks and I had my certificate. The other thru another KC. That DNA I got a notice about a problem in about 7-weeks, but never got the certificate until about 12weeks.
It's not the Registries fault, it's that the DNA takes forever to process.

I cannot complain about their customer service. Generally if I ever had a problem it was something I did in the first place that wasn't right. If I have a registration problem I go to the registration message board and get a quick response on what form I need to straighten out my mistake. I then print it off and send it in. Could the process be faster, sure it could, but I could also send my stuff in earlier and not wait to the last minute.

I've been registering dogs with UKC since 1965. Never had a problem.
