The only thing he said was "He wished that farmer woulda put up woven wire instead of barbwire" LOL!!!

Pups got their 1st taste of dog food and did they sure like it.Their mom had fed them prior ,but as you can see ,that didn't matter.



I'll try to show some background on Jakes dam here directly ,and then some lineage on back of Jakes sire and Lucys family ,top & bottom.These pups have some real proven blood behind them and running thru their veins.I know that all of them don't make world champs ,but if you are looking for a natural born tree dog ,that will start early ,train easily ,with good tracking ability,alot of desire to go hunting,w/ ability to locate,tree and stay treed ,I believe the percentages should be increased greatly. When a person looks at a pedigree and there are names that aren't recognized ,one may not realize what those dogs really represent.I know that years back these dogs were top notch and that came from a lot of selective breeding .This Jake dog has blood that has been selectively placed by Greg and others to give traits that are barely available today .These bloodlines were put in place to carry the strong desire of hard hunters,good strikeand track dogs that ran to catch with the ability to wind/lay up coon,locate accurately and tree quick & stay.There would be some hard 120bpm Blue stay put tree dogs that were unheard of for the most part back then.They competed well .The pups out of the good females were in demand.The Northern Blues came to the front.There are a lot of good hunting and foundational females here :GrNt Douglass Blue Gert,Non's CandyNo.Blue Angie,No.Blue Sadie,No.Blue Patch,Mays Blue Queen,VaughnsBlue SisiSu,Ripple,Bud Lees Snow (one of the most overlooked SmokeyRiver gals)No.Blue Crystal,Kirbys Hammerin Sis,MeadsBlue Bess and many,many more thru the other grandparents.I've always looked @ the females and I'm amazed . Got a couple of pics tonight .The picture w/5 pups are the males ,and the pics w/3 & 4 pups are the females.They are eating dry puppy chow dusted w/milk replacer in the a.m. and wet feed in the evening ,plus "ol momma's milk.

Good luck with these pups Dave! I'm with Bill on the choice of pups. They are all good looking pups but the one in the middle of that last pic would be my choice as well.. I love the shape of the head and the broadness of it's chest.

Always loved the bald faced blues like that male in the middle, but I see he is taken already. And I have been looking for a hound with some hammer and spanky in him.

Thanks guys .We still have a few pups that are available , and I wont know which ones till a couple of the guys get here or pick theirs out .You never can tell,what may still be available.Stay tuned .We'll post some more bloodline background on Piazon to complete the history lesson and we'll post some more pictures of the pups.They are all pretty uniform in build & size,which I think 'ol Lucy has shown how good of a mother she is raising all 12 .She comes in heat every 6 months,and is just a decent,solid coondog.She has been here since 3-2013 and never trashed ,and everytime she has opened on a track she finished it.She hunts medium by herself and can go as deep as another.She is a good treedog.She has a good mouth and the pups from her last litter are doing well from the reports I've got to date .These pups have had ,their 1st shot and been wormed 3 times.It wont be long.Later........Dave

Must start your pups early, heck, you've already got em posing for the camera. That is one good looking bunch. I see they go back to some of Homer's stuff. I hunted with Homer's ole Becky female. She was the real deal. Never hunted with Coonman but I hunted with Little Bit, his sister. She placed in the top 20 world hunt shortly before Homer got killed. Some real good blood runnin' through those little veins. Good luck.

Got them all wormed again.They are separated from 'Ol Lucy now and doing good.These pups run loose from morning, till night and are penned up @ dark.They are bouncing good and come as soon as called.Nothing shy or funny about them.Remember these are only $200 and they are paid up permanent performance, wormed weekly ,have 1-5way shot and will get a 2nd soon, PLUS you get 100 Remington 22lr hollow point CB's and 100 Remington 22lr hollow point Subsonics(both in plastic 100 packs).Now ,I believe that's the best deal going.Will be taking at least 4 out to Flora ,Ill. to the BBCHA Fall Round Up unless somebody comes by to pick 1 up here .Thanks for looking and will try to get more pictures on here by Saturday night or sunday at the latest.......Dave

Jake X Lucy pups @ 6 weeks

This is the last picture before I head to Flora to the BBCHA Fall Round-Up.These are a nice bunch ,they are outgoing ,curious and smart.I have 4 different kennel doors to their big pen. I only open 1 @ a time.When I head to feed them I call and bang those feed pans . These pups come a runnin' and don't get hung up on any fence .they know to go around.After they eat they head back out of the kennel to use the bathroom for the most part.I will also state" NONE" are afraid of coon scent either.Nuff said.Thanks for looking and following these blue dogs.......Dave. pic of 5 are the males,4&3 are the females

BBCHA Fall Round-Up

Just got back ,and had a great time and got to see a lot of my friends and put faces with those we've talked to, as well as meeting quite a few new ones.There is a couple pups left for sale if anyone is looking.We'll take $150 if you're interested.A big congratulations to Bob Beckett and his Mattie female for a reg.2nd place and Steve Wilson and Emma for a 2nd place NtCh win Friday night,as well as a 1st in NtCh For John Gill& Matt Turner @ the round-up.Mattie just got a 1st @ Salt Fork,and it wont be long till shes finished.Again ,Sure enjoyed the fellowship.I'll get a couple pictures up soon.Thanks to all who stopped buy and to those who bought pups.......Dave p.s.
