I don't figure to many got to hunt off of feeders but a score of 500 or better should have been attainable...under right conditions,,

I'll go anytime just give me a holler, hunted at this hunt 2 or 3 years ago guides took me to phillipi both nights scored 1 coon

State hunt is gonna be in Flatwoods 2015
As far as coon population goes..it was a full bright moon both nights and foggy. I guided both nights and we saw a total of 8 coons in 2 nights but the dogs didnt cooperate..hell even in coon hunting paradise in northern indiana iv seen the hunting suck..it just happens

2015 UKC WV State Championship will be hosted by the Braxton County CHA and held at Flatwoods, WV @ Holly Gray Park.
2015 UKC WV State YOUTH Championship will be hosted by the Clay County CHA and held at Flatwoods, WV @ Holly Gray Park.
All weekend results will be posted tonight....

Congrats to all the winners and to all that worked hard putting on the event...A special congrats to Jason and Awesome on his purina win...
Will do Bethlehem and as we all know the best of dogs have off nights and sometimes ole ricky wins the war...

I know it takes a lot of hard work & planning to put on a hunt like this my hat is off to all who was involved in the state hunt, I no the coon population is good in that area I grew up in shinnston which is not far at all & I have hunted this area for years just like any where else you go a lot has to do with the guides, & with needing this many guides your bound to have some low scores that's the breaks, congratulations to all the winners good job to all
