what will the price be with the colored led

Thanks everyone for the kind words on the Bayou! Everything is pointing to the price being 250 with the 3 colors, as long as our machine shop does what they say that are going to.

How do you know when it's fully charged? I had mine on charge for 3 hrs and red light never changed?


I wouldn't go to the woods with any other light I love mine and glad you sent me a message bout them

I would say if you leave it on the charger for a bit longer it should switch over to green. If it doesn't contact us.

19 ounces... It's actually 18.2 but on the digital scale I weighed it on. Report of others have been around 19-20 I haven't gotten anything in my scale over 19 so I think it varies on the scale. The biggest part of the light is the balance of the light. I have tries on many lights and haven't found one that feels as light as this light. When it sits on your head the balance seems perfect. The weight if other light seems different than this one but I believe in my opinion it's the way the lights are balanced. You could have a light that weighs 21 ounces but if it's unbalanced it could seem much heavier!

By far the best light I have ever wore. Can't tell there isa light on your head. I compared this light to the sunspot on a cast at Black and tan days and there was not one brighter than the other. Jake and Rob have made a believer out of me on the bump cap lights. Good job keep up the good work. Ps I have seen the colored option on this light and it's impressive.

The add in for the BAYOU+ will be ready in less than a week. This add on will include an 11 position switch which will have
4 clicks forward (white)
1 off click
6 clicks backwards on the SWITCH IN THE HEAD
which will include HIGH AND LOW for 3 different colors (red, amber and green)
If you are already have a bayou and are wanting to send it in to get he add on out on your light the difference will be 60 dollars and we will take care of the return shipping.

The add on shouldn't add much. I will take it into work and weigh it on our state certified scale this weekend and will post the results Monday. My guess is that it will add less than 3 ounces. Thank you for the inquiry.
