The newest advisor has a copy right date of 2010. There was rule changes starting Jan of 2011 and rule changes again starting Jan , 2012. I am a MOH and also hunt UKC. I use the OFFICIAL UKC COONHOUND RULEBOOK that is published when the new rules become effective. My last rule book states, effective Jan. 1, 2014. There is no excuse in my mind that a MOH does not KNOW the rules. I also think it is helpful that handlers also KNOW the rules.
