Merry Christmas and a Happy Healthy New Year to all the great folks I have met over the years. I have made some good friends while hunting and breeding English Hounds.
I am enjoying retirement here in Northwest Florida and hunting two young dogs, Lee and Babe off Luke semen and Gary Kay's Pokey Dot female, thanks Gary for helping to make this cross possible.

Luke X Pokey

I have two here in Florida, Babe and Lee.
Babe has a loud male dog bawl mouth on track, bawls and chops on the tree. She does not always fire out on the first dump, but goes hunting and will fire in there after the first dump. She does a good job moving a track and trees up on the tree.
Lee has a loud bawl mouth on track and chops on the tree. He fires in, hunts hard , is a good open track dog and trees up on the tree. he has caught some coon in deer feeders and now wants to sight tree, but we are working through that. Both are independent, but will honor another dog.
I am pleased with both of them considering the limited amount of hunting they have had and the hunting conditions here in the Florida panhandle. I hope to get some hard hunting on them this fall in Pennsylvania.
Don Clendenin and Joe Krampy have a female in Pennsylvania that has had a lot more hunting, I hunted with her this spring, she is a well balanced hound that is hard to find fault with.
Gary Kay and his hunting buddies have five in West Virginia. Gary is hunting two males that are doing very good. The one he calls Luke is a PKC champion and has UKC wins, he also took Luke to the Spring Super Stakes. Gary's buddy has a female with wins also.
Brandon Nicholson has a male in Indiana the last I spoke with Brandon he was happy with him.
All said the cross turned out pretty good.
