I bet it will let you down if you ever get tape worms. I do not see where the ingredients in what you are using controls all canine types of worms.
It probably works fine for what it does control though.

6 table spoons plus 1 tea spoon will give you 23,500 mg to add to the 16 oz Pyrantel.. This will deliver 3 mg per pound and you can go as high as 5 mg per pound but 3 mg per pound is all that's needed to Kill all types of "Canine" Tape worms ..

Remember the Dosage is 1 ML per 14 pounds of Dog weight and you can dosage at 1 ml per 10 pounds with no problems and still stay within Merck's Veterinary guidelines .

Drontal is a very good wormer. Strongid will not kill tapes.

I tried this last time I needed a tape wormer. It seemed to do the trick.
