Re: UCE Question

I only use the UKC websites Upcoming Events listing as my source
& yes I would like the radius search option it would save me time from map serching so much
You should also require better adresses for using GPS(instead of direction that are sometimes scatchy) & hard to find event signs!

I use both, but mostly refer to my magazine.
Searching within a certain distance would be an awesome feature!

Radius search is a great tool. Along with that option a navigation option should be implimented .

So they can't vote for the middle option because they can't vote.
The only way the poll could be useful is if you knew the percentage of customers that have internet access and then reformulate the results to take that into consideration. But Allens a smart guy. I'm
sure he already knows this.

That was my 1st thought.

I use both about equally.

"SWEET" good job Mike

I like it you don’t have to search individual states within a radius that you would consider to travel

Good! But, this club is in the wrong Bainbridge, Ohio.

OH, Bainbridge; Paint Creek CHC Inc 1 mi. south of Bainbridge, left of SR 41, south on Massie Run Rd. Signs posted. Contact Victor Wright (740) 626-2086

It's is Zip 45612 not 44023

Laura, sorry but I'm confused. What does this event have to do with a zip code.

The zip code you enter to do your search should be your own zip code. Depending on the radius you chose, there will be lots of events that are in a different zip code.

I'm probably missing your point. Please clarify. Thanks.

I'm guessing it's one of two things:

One, we might have the club pinned on the wrong town. It happens. When I first started in on this, it wanted to put all of our Canadian clubs in China.

The other one is a bug I'm going to fix when I get back in the office on Monday--it only shows one hunt per pin. If a club has two months in the listings, it'll only show one of them at a time.

I use the magazine hunt list exclusively. Tom

There's two Bainbridge, Ohio's. One near me that doesn't have a club and one way away from me in southern Ohio that has a club.

Type in zip code 44231 with a 25 mile radius and you'll see.

What kind of madman puts two towns with the same name in the same state? :-)

http://www.ukcdogs.com/Upcoming.nsf...40&M=50#top

Is this closer?

Yay, you fixed it! That's Ohio for you.
