Treed 4 last night, knocked out a nice boar. Checked him and he was still blue. Left everything else up for the rest of the night. No sense in knocking out blue coon. One tree, One coon is what I practice also. Dead coon can't leave tracks. My young dog had a brain fart Friday night, but got his head on straight last night.

Would of been nice to take this coon in 2 weeks. He was pretty blonde in the tail.

Are they prime yet?

From what I have understood, we are not supposed to have anything above 50 till spring, think that'll make a difference on kill season?
JJWI, did u see the snow flakes today? They didn't stick but we had some big ones up here on Robin Rd (just off of Hwy U, a few miles north of town) if u wanna come talk to my new neighbors I know the guys right next door has caught or killed 26 nuisance coon already... Which explains why I have to put a bark collar on Jake every night lol

sat night i had 8 trees and brought 4 coon home. had the best luck with my silent hound, only dropped the open dog twice, one time was a coon 900 yards away and the second was 1.68 miles deep with a den, seen coon but couldnt shoot it out of the den. cant wait for this moon to go under!!
