Bella

Bella is a very nice female that is coming into her own now.... She is a joy to hunt. She has a very good nose, and is a hard intense tree dog. She should finish to NT CH very soon!

Hopefully we will have a good weekend! Bella is going to be put in a hunt and hopefully she will be titled after this weekend. Getting excited for kill season to come in!

had a good hunt last night...

My good friend and hunting buddy Bart Maxie is hunting Cocoa this kill season after a tragic loss of his Sailor dog...Ole Sailor was as tough as they come...lay up artist at its best. Bart has a few young dogs that ole Cocoa is gonna help get started for him....this leaves me a chance to really crank on Bella

Bart and I went last night...first drop Bella split from Cocoa and a pup. Bella had the meat Cocoa had the den.

Second drop Cocoa split by herself and had the meat

Third drop Bella and Pup split from Cocoa and both had dens...

They seem to be moving early down here in the my country.

Alex and I got to get together and hunt tonight between the sleet and the snow. Had a nice hunt. Dogs got treed 4 times with 3 dens and a tile. We were able to pull this one out on our last drop. The dogs deserved it that's for sure

Hard Hittin Cocoa's Shadow

Shadow turned 1 on the 8th of Nov. This is him tree solo with the meat on Nov 16th. He's been running and treeing his own since he was 11 months old. Shadow is off cocoa and Dino. He's still young but is on his way. This next spring will be big for him.

I Have for sale or rent a hunting pardner some call him pork chop I have tried my best to train this guy wed night we walked two miles thru hill's cut over shoot the thing out wt. 2 lbs. put it in his game bag got back close to truck two hrs. later he said oh s--- I left the gun at the tree. back thru the jungle we go again got the gun back to the truck getting close to midnight turned them again treed another two pounder shot it out started to get the dogs off coon he said Oh S --- left his lead at the truck. he is your's for free if you want him tried to pass him off to Keith he said no way.

And yes I talked to Porkchop. You must be getting rusty as a teacher; he's slipping bad. can't believe he forgot his rifle and lead in the same night on 2 different trees...I laughed so hard when he told me that story. you know what they say..."you can lead a horse to water, but can't make it drink!" LOL

the spare bedroom is always ready for you! snow is supposed to melt here in a few days; Louisville is talking 60's by next weekend. I sure hope so; those ringtails will be moving once this snow melts since they've been couped up for a while now. let me know when you're coming!

SNOW!!!!!

We got hit with about 4 inches and they are calling for 6-12 more by Monday! I've been having great hunts with "PR" Main Street Sis, treeing a lot of coons! Hope everyone had great holidays! I am very excited to see what 2014 had in store for Hard Hittin' English. Great crosses and hopefully a lot of winning and fun to come!

We missed you yesterday at the club I have problems keeping Pork Chop under control when you are absent. I hope you didn't forget that we meet the 1st Sunday each mo. at 4 pm some times when people are absent they get elected to some kind of office yesterday pork Chop did Nominate you as Chief of the clean up crew Rest Rooms Kitchen detail etc. sorry pal I tried to talk him out of it.
