I hear ya! I like that hunting rig too! When my wife and I first got together we had one just like it. She'd drive it to college during the day and I'd hunt out of it at night. Put my buddies in the seats and the dog in the back window. That BAD BOY would go ANYWHERE. For Real

Last winter after a few nights of hunting with a set of blues on Giles island.

If you were hunting Giles island I am pretty sure your main mission was to thin them out. Dog under them or not.

I leave more than I take,not much sport in killin' 'em,last season 15 tops,I leave some for chasin' later,dog ain't much of a coonhound if it ain't got coon ta tree.

When we first got married & hides were high my husband & his brother would keep them in our freezer ...I'll never forget the first time I came home to a coon in the freezer or later on that winter when I came home to find my new lamenent floor kitchen thru dinning room covered in coon hides thawing out for them to sell ...could have killed him ! My daddy was a bird hunter had no idea what I was getting myself into. If you can't beat em' join now helping train pups & traveling to hunts 21 yrs later...

Your buyer will buy green hides ???
Around here they won't ,fur usually pulls on hides that are still blue inside & they are not ready till mid nov sometimes later if falls been extra warm
.
Used to sell 100 + every season since price drop don't even mess with it ...If we do kill any I give them to neighbor kid he enjoys it and makes a little cash.

I'm pulling them in though right here with some of the feed I won at the club hunt. I mix bacon grease with it. That really works as you can tell.
