hilliary clinton and her department denied the addtl security had nothing to do with budget, they just denied it and the budget had nothing to do with special forces ready to give assistance and told to stand down. i understand people sleep, but when you are commander in chief and the us is attacked on us soil, you would think he would wake up and stay woken up through out the ordeal.

i guess that type of behavior being acceptable is why some are the haves and some continue to be the have nots
