Not too young, remember him, and yes he was a poor President, but so was Ford, Reagan , etc. etc......Bill Clinton was the Best President I have seen, and George W. is still the WORST in my eyes.....!!!

I get a kick out of all the ones that blame Bush for our economy even though obama has had over a term to turn it around. Then you credit Clinton for the booming economy (30%+ stock market gains) when it was what was done during reagans terms that led to the stock market climbing. I'm not giving reagan all the credit because he had help with the House and Senate but they changed the retirement scenario when they set up the Federal Employee Retirement System. That dumped millions into the Mutual funds buying stocks.
Clinton was a draft dodger....ei using political favors to dodge it. Classy.
