Some that I have personally handed the scorecard to over the years. They know dogs, know the rules, can judge the cast and will beat you. In no particular order; Erika Froeming, Vickie Lamb, Tammy Newlin, Angie Reid, Heather Waterman, Crystal Buckner and Anyssa Howard.

Crystal Buckner in $kc and I'm sure ukc knows the rules as good as any man I have ever drawn and is a better sportsman or sportswoman than most!!!! When you draw her you better tighten your boots and be ready to compete!!!! I think she learned everything she knows from virgil!!!! Lol atleast that's what he told me!! Lol both top competitors!!!!!

I have only been hunting for 7 years.
The dogs I started with are now drawing pensions.
I appreciate your vote of confidence though.
Hope to see you at some hunts soon.

You do real well for a seven year old to hunting Ms Ryals. Look forward to seeing you again soon.

Jodaviess1,
I'll second that. Barb Endel and Thersa Keys were the two I was thinking. Hunted with both several nights every week and traveled to the hunts with them every weekend for probably 10 years. Luckily never drew either in a cast but saw them collect the hardware consistently.

Don't recall her name but drew a lady at the UKC World in '83 hunting a black dog that made the Top 20. Not that unheard of?? She was about 8 months pregnant at the time!
Only thing I remember (other than getting beaten) was a story she told that her doctor wanted her to start walking 2 miles a day. She asked if that was in addition to the 5 miles she RAN every night chasing the dog.

She can reply best, but I believe that was Vicki Bassit (Hanners) ! She hunted a dog named Whiskey Joe about that time .
