Should be a nice cross on Hoss. We had bred Ol Uncle Pen on Hosses Grandmother Mandy twice. That cross produced some nice dogs. Good Luck.

I've got a 10 year old hound out of Turkey Creek Rock x Honey run Becky that can tree some of these ole woodlot coons around here on occasion. Becky was a full sister to Mandy II (Jet V x Turkey Creek Mandy). Ole Turkey Creek Fanny is out of the Rock dog & has spent years on the Bluetick Current Reproducers List, a good bit of those years at #1. Bottom line, those Turkey Creek/Honey Run hounds are reproducers of coon treer's.

Tom McClary is the owner of Turkey Creek kennels, he can tell you about any of those hounds better than myself or anyone else. He is a super nice man, & will tell you the bad as quick as the good. His number is 740-372-0561 if you would want to give him a jingle.

Gooch has been laid up awhile cause of bad weather and other things goin on but we're gettin ready to hunt the hair off of him and get him whipped back into shape. Happy hunting all

pups are a little over ten months old now. There are three out of the four pups still alive. Mine got killed on the road. Here is a few pics of the two i am starting for some friends.

Rough hunt

Went down to osborne and huted with luke and larry last night. First drop they went the wrong way to an old farm house. Second drop gooch and another dog took a long track to a big tree with nothing in it. Third deal gooch and hoss screamed a track 700 yard and gooch fell treed on a huge oak while hoss split 30 yards on a den. Last deal gooch struck in close and hoss went 800 yards and hit a hot track where he put a big old coon in a hole. Gooch wasnt far behind and they had a heck of a fight.
