Thanks everybody! She's ok but a little under the weather still. Kenneth,thats the same thing I said.lol Dad said when she came too that she didn't know who the president was so he figure she might need to go to the hospital because who could forget our wonderful president.lol Charles, dad ain't hunted much but more than me. I'm about as crippled as him now.lol My dogs probably don't remember what a coon looks like.

Swanny, Yes, It pays to have & be hard headed. Last thing I remember was eating out Thats it. Don't remember buying steaks & going back to camp ground. I Just have a large goose egg on back of my head. No stitches. Took some Tylenol. I fell backwards & hit a concrete picnic table. Thanks for all your prayers. Went back camping with family & friends. Heather & Bob, Thanks. My sister n law ANN was the only one with me. I was on her camp site. It really scared her. She said she knew we were close,but, now we were bonded for life. Steve's other sister stayed over nite with me in the hospital.

Thanks goodness for Steve's Family & Our Good Friends that were there. Glad we weren't alone. Ray & Krista came to the camp ground Sunday Morning & drove steve's truck home for me. I was pulling the boat & Steve the Camper. Doctor suggested to me not to drive & gave me his cell # for the rest of our stay, just incase. Great Doctors, Nurses & hospital (Crisp Regional Hospital, Cordele Ga)
Also, Thanks Goodness for our Coonhunting Family.

Funny... when I had my accident a FRIEND happened to drive by with her family and recognized my truck. Since she was (is) a nurse she leaped out of family car and came with me in the ambulance, took me home and cared for me and my son Richard who was about 10...
SO... I'm so glad you were with Family!!!!! Take care and get well soon!

I haven't been to the doctor in years. Bad way to get a physical. But, EKG & Blood Work came out fine. Been dieting. Lost 25 lbs. since November. Saw a local General Doctor today. Waiting on appointment for an MRI on my Head & Neck. They won't let me drive. Steve's sister Ann has taken control. So, I'm in good hands. She knows every Doctor with in 250 miles.

UPDATE

Finally got appt. for MRI. HEAD, NECK & SPINE (With & Without Contrast). I have a fracture in my neck about the 5th or 6th vertebra just below my head. And some bulging in some of my disks. Bruise on my Brain with slight bleeding. They are mostly concerned with the neck. Got appt with A Neurologist 5/28/13. My regular Dr made the appt. I'm going to see if we can move that up when we get back from Flora. Leaving this morning. I feel Great. Just a little Tired thru my shoulders a little stiff. No Tylenol for 4 or 5 days now. I find myself needing to take nap during day (which I never do).

Hey Gale!

Well, No bronco riding for a while...and take it easy! LISTEN to the naps... they are really impt. I find myself 16 yrs out from my accident napping most days still...even with a full nights sleep. As a matter of fact today I napped...and slept Right thru Websters 2 pm seizure meds alarm! So naps for me can be many hours... I ended up with chronic fatigue whcih it does NOT sound like you are even close to! YOU are taking healing naps. Also work HARD from now on to stay really fit and keep those muscles Strong. Head is a heavy thing for the neck to carry! Hope it heals up VERY well, that the bruising and bulgingg aleveate(sp??) etc...

We're back. Left early from B&T Days. Steve's Aunt passed away after a long illness. Ray only pleasure hunted. I got a Crash Helmet presented to me by Murphy Robinson from his mom. We all had a big laugh about it & they put pics on facebook. Rain, Wrecks & Construction ALL THE WAY HOME. (13 hours). Seems we have MUCH farther to go to B&T Days in 2014. (Northern Ohio)
