Sounds like the Iowa DNR is catching a lot of heat over these dogs getting killed. Not just the killing but how they where kill.
This nut case has pulled a hand gun on countless poeple for hunting on land he doesn't even own. To top it all off this creep was taking pot shot at a crop duster because he was spraying the wrong field. Mark my words this guy will end up killing someone and watch the anti gun nut crawl out of the wood work. This guy should of been banned from owning a gun years ago.
Still no word on what or anything the Des Moine county sheriff and DNR are going to charge him with. Looks like Max penalty is 2 years per Dog. And 6000 fine for each.

THERE IS CIVIL COURT AFTER CRIMINAL COURT IS SETTLED HOPE YOU GET DEEP IN HIS POCKETS THERE

Sorry to see this... It is probably too late to give you advice now, but I hope you took LOTS of pictures. It is grotesque but you need LOTS of pictures of the dead dogs. Nothing will turn a judge or courtroom in your favor like seeing the dead ,mutilated bodies. I know you would rather forget that sickening image , but it is of paramount importance to DOCUMENT the evidence.

Also, if you have the Garmin track loaded and printed off, it is really good to show too.

Bad deal for sure. I go to bed at night thinking about this and wake up in a rage. Some times its pretty tough to do the right thing. Its all I can do just to keep myself from getting in the truck and drive to his house and unleash a severe beating.
