Every dog that i would call a finished coon dog would stay more than an hour any good tree dog will stay if they wont their not a coondog i got one for ya why dont ya train your dogs to come back to you off trees using a shocker if mine swam their i bet they would of swam back when i walked down their and called for them ya might want to thonk about training them to do this might save one burning it mouth out or never seeing it again it is pretty cool when ya acually get to know how long thell stay tree though i see a hand ful lost and still treed at 10 in morning and my neighbors got a old redtick jip ive been hunting heard her tree st around 8 pm and she still treed at 4 oclock next after noon i went and got her i felt sorry for poordog she was laying at base of tree barking i thought her male pup that was with her left her and went home but he was tangled at base of tree with his mouth burned out old rose never left him and was still treeing this one of about only five dogs ive ever hunted with that i call a true coondog
Heck I'm tickled shitless when my young dog trees! Haha longest he has tree. Was 20 menutes not gonna push it rightnow but when he gets older ill prolly let him tree for a hour or two and that's all I need to know..if I can't get there in two hours its because something bad happens! Haha
