Thanks so much. Whatever you want to donate is great. We have had footballs, basketballs, duffle bags, fishing poles, shirts, etc. The youth like them all. It is great to see the look in their eyes when their number is called.

Any Youth that wants to Handle a hound in the show let me know. My youth Handler seems to have lost interest lol... Willing to help out a youth i have two possibly 3 decent hounds that im willing to pay entry fee on for a youth to handle. I have already requested off work so i will be there regardless.

Ohio State Youth championship

This is gonna be a great event for the kids. Laura Bell is gonna be the BSJ. I'm so happy to have Laura judge. For those of you who don't know Laura, this is a girl that started when she was knee high to a grasshopper with these hounds. Lol. Laura started as a youngster in these youth events, and worked her way up through the years hunting and showing some nice hounds. Laura's, Teddy dog was off of Bob's Ohio Butcher, both of them were COON DOGS. Laura has been writing for years in the Coon Hound Bloodlines. She started as a Next Generation Reporter, and now does interviews and articles on some of the top people in our sport. Bring the kids out to show a dog and to meet Laura. She has literally started at the bottom and worked her way to the top.

For those of you who haven't hunted in NE Ohio or western PA. Your in for a treat. Most of the hunting ground is flat. There are some hilly areas but nothing to bad. You will be hunting mostly hard woods, some patch, and some large blocks with creeks running through them and swamps, and crop lands bordering the woods, and yes, we have coons. If the weather cooperates and the coon are moving there should be some good scores.

We're looking forward to seeing everyone there

Ill be bringing my little brother up for his first hunt! He'll be hunting my buddies 2yr old female. Ill be hunting as well, it'll be my last hunt! Going to try and finish my shag dog to nite ch. Have two 1st on him so really hoping for that CW!

Damon, It will be after the show.

It is hard to estimate how many dogs will show or hunt. Hopefully ALOT.
