Bell has 17 pups on the ground.. 10 from BlackCreek's Stillwater Chase and 7 from Lundy's Fish Creek Red Rebel... from what I hear they are all doing well.. Bell's pups proving to be fast.. competitive... independent.. and tree dogs..

I like that Ice blood...i dont know much about the other breeding as im new to redbones...iv hunted with a few good redbones but dont know bloodlines that well...i have a 6 month old ice bred female that i really like...she has lots of drive and a huge male dog bawl mouth...im gonna have some fun with her in the next few months

The "Ficken's Greatful Dead Red" dog is bred about as good as I've ever seen. That Go Man Sam dog way in the back was a Coon Dog and a reproducer of Coon Dogs. I had the privilege to see him go many times and in the worst of conditions and always he came out with a coon or 2. I seen him put it on the best of them from all breeds. I think his sons and daughters turned out fine hounds as well. I have not hunted with the others, but it shows they carried on Sam's traits, track driving Coon Dogs.

If you saw that pup I posted the video of above.. he is out of lundy's fishcreek red rebel .. if you go straight across the top on his papers you will end up at Go Man Sam.. to get there you have to go through Hoffmeisters Rusty Red and Fraziers timber music psycho(crossed with timber music goldie- who is a literate to keys outlaw razor red)... there is a little ace.. famous Amos.. timber jack.. and some outlaw too..

Now that the cats out of the bag I hope everyone can hold off to breed to him till he turns one at least.. lol..

Ya,, I see that,, I'm enjoying to read your posts, the ideas and adventures your having with your Red Dogs is great. You guys and gals have it going on. Time is so fast, hard to believe it's been maybe 25 years ago I hunted with Sam last. it's nice to see all that has came from back then.

Old ann was a reproducer no matter what she was bred to.

If you look at her breeding I am pretty sure she is a product of Line Breeding on Danny McClesky Flint creek dogs, A half Brother Half sister cross.

Ann was the key to what I am hunting now,

Bama was a cross of Old ann and Ice,

Thanks to Nick we were able to bring these 2 lines together again Thru Bell and Rebel with great results.

Pups are now a little over 7 months old are are proving to have what it takes to be winners already

I have hunted with Ice many times and he is a coondog for sure,

Maybe Danny can share some of his thoughts and pedigree that produced Ann since that is where she came from.

Heck Richard... im not real big on labels.. thats just what i posted a few years ago when i got her... she is out of ice and fanny... everyone knows what ice brings to the table.. a lot of drive and a big mouth..

Fanny was out of Josey Wales and Outlaw Rose.. Chad Porter bred Fanny.. Josey was an outlaw dog... His dad was Crafts Outlaw Jack.. a littermate to Moon and Timber girl.. all out of Outlaw Jesse and Timber Jack.. Josey's mom was a daughter of BTK.. Outlaw Rose was a daughter of btk and a GrNt female named Holme's Rose.. who belonged to a preacher in northern Ohio named Holmes.. Mr. Holmes was the grandfather of James Mintin.. who you may know from the Mintin's stillwater red Rooster dog.. Johnny Biggert handled her some form Mr. Holmes.. Both James and Johnny realy liked her... She ended up at Roy Jeffreys house where she met up with BTK.. She had a pup named Outlaw Rose who Chad Porter Bought off of Mr. Jeffreys and bred to Josey... Chad claims she was an incredible dog.. one day he came home to find her and some of her puppies hit by a train.. so she was never titiled out...

Some people like her because she is out of Ice... some like her because she is outlaw bred... Some specifically because she is out of Josey or Fanny... Some people like her because she goes back to the Holmes Rose dog... But a lot of people like her just for the simple fact that they have hunted with her..

Where ever she got it... she hunts deep... she hunts hard... she is very fast... and will usually have first tree... she doesn't always get first strike... but she can probably get you a second strike most of the time... she can lay a coon up really well... and if you end up in a cast where everyone else gets scratched... she can tree them by her self all night long... She has a locate a kid could call.. she isn't the loudest dog in the woods... but she has thrown some extremely loud pups...

Here pretty quick people are going to start running into these dogs out of Bell at hunts and you guys can see what we are trying to do here... Its not complicated... we have a good dog... and we are breeding her to dogs that compliment what we already have.. This next litter will produce more quality hounds im my opinion. We are breeding Bell back to her grandpa Hardup Josey Wales...

Don't know if thats the same dog your asking about or not. He is off ICE X SARAH'S RED FERN. Have a female here out of him and Lick Creek Sneaky Ann. This is DBL up on Paul and Logan Wilsons breeding. Thats were Ice came from. Bobby Stevens made this Kodak X Lick Creek Sneaky Ann cross. If you want to know anything about Ice call Bobby. if you want to know the back ground call Logan. I owned the Jack dog which was off Ice x Jackpot Jackie. He is get gone get deep get treed. Out of all the ones i have hunted out of this stock i like the Kodiak dog the best. Very balanced. Opens good not tight. Good tree dog. Not a blow out but steady. Good mouth. I started a young dog with him last winter. I think on the Sarah female she goes back to a dbl shot of Brunswick little man. Her mother and father are Mill Creeks Red JimX Mill Creeks Red Missie.

Larry sure hope she turns out like she is bred to. I would like to see this come back to some of your stock or Nicks.

B Weatherford yes kodak is off of ice and sarahs red fern. I really like ol kodak and he is a coon dog. I seen that fool drive a cold cold cold track my buddys walker male dog couldnt even smell and have a coon at the end . I told bobby that night if he ever bred him i wanted a pup. He put on a show for us that night. My pup is off of kodak and my other buddys real nice female. My pup has the huge bawl mouth ol kodak has.

Took my Jo dog to his first night hunt tonight.. i messed up calling on first drop but he looked good.. he split 20 yards from an English female and had a coon... but he held it real nice... not very good weather.. none of the casts had any plus points.. Jo is a pretty loud dog...
