Turned Becky (rc/jenny female) and Ruger loose. Ruger got treed about 1200 yards away had a coon. Becky was a little over 900 yards away with the meat.

Some good hunting tonight with becky and ruger. They flat blistered a track into a tunnel. Had that pour old ring tail in there praying for his life.

3rd and 4th drop didn't strike a thing so i called him in both times he ran out of room to hunt.

5th drop treed a den. Woke up the neighborhood on that one. Man people get upset when a dog trees behind there house.

Flex

Went with rugers 1 yr old pup flex this past week. Flex is beginning to show great progress. he has split treed on at least 3 trees that i know of and had the meat. Wild coon at that. Good luck with ruger and i think the flex dog is making a good one.

From what I have seen out of Flex I believe that he is going to make a great one.

Thanks guys. Ended the night with 1050+. Had a great hunt. Ruger will be headed back to Michigan in March for anyone interested in seeing him go up there. Ruger has definitely earned his place with all of his family from the rc/jenny blood line.

glad to hear ruger made grand nite champ. went with rugers pup (flex) the other night and flex was treed for 1 and 1/2 hours before we got to him. flex is becoming the real deal for 13 month old dog.
