This is getting funny now. If you wear Muck long and hunt much You must walk different is all I can say.

I bought my pair about 3 yrs ago. I wear them evryday I'm home either around the barn or shopping in town (everyone wears boots in Ak) I've also wore them on 3 hunting trips north or the arctic circle where I shot these two. If you've never walked on the tundra I can't even describe how difficult that crap is. I've hunted all over the south(NC,SC,Ga,Al,Fl,MS,LA,TX) and none of them were harder to walk on than the tundra and I did all that walking in Muck boots.




So as you can see I'm pretty happy with my muck's

Mucks are not all created equal. I had a pair a few years ago that went to helll in a couple months(inside heels), the pair i replaced them with is over 2 years old and still holding up well. I hunt 4 - 5 nights a week and follow some deep going dogs.

I have gone through 2 pair this year walked the heels and toes out never buy another pair they suck go for the lacross boots 100 percent better and they don't make excusses for there boots

Guys, muck boots and all other rubber boots are not made to wear when you're walking up, down or across hills night after night. You wear them in creek bottoms where you know you will have to wade through water. Get some Irish Setter boots for hunting. The lower the heel the more stability you have.

We hunt hard mine hold up just wear out on the back of the heal. Other then that they have never fell apart or ripped. But don't take a month or two for me to wear out heal.

Owned them all like mucks but switched to superlites thats a nice boot with wadders they have held up really well have no complaints

I didn't like the way the Muck boots slipped around so bad on my heel, but I have flat feet. LaCrosse boots are more comfortable than Muck boots for me. People that have a high arch seem to like the Muck boots better. However, last year I bought a pair of UnderArmour H.A.W. Hunting boots. They are the most comfortable pair of rubber boots that I have ever worn. They have a heel lock design in the back of the boot that prevent the boot from sliding up and down on your heal. I hunt hill country and that is a very important feature for me. My UnderArmour boots are around a year and half old, have many many miles on them, look pretty rough at this point but are still comfortable and don't leak. I'd pay the $140 for a new pair every year if needed just because they are that comfortable.
