How's it going Shawn? You staying out of trouble? When are you coming up for a hunt, or do I need to head that way and show you Okie boys how its done. Lol.

Tony was asking about a male that Omer has. I believe it's a litter mate to Lucy. Looks like another future cross in the works maybe. Tony, Omer and I had a purdy dang fun hunt when he came down with Lucy earlier this summer. We had a 4 dog all Black and Tan cast that night.

Lucy is looking good. Nice and plump. Been hunting her still, but trying to make short easy drops. Been feeding her extra and giving vitamin bones everyday.
Seems happy, haven't seen her act ill from it. She defiantly has a belly full.
Couldn't be too much longer. Doesn't it take about 60 days.

Lilly went 67 days on her last litter.that was figuring on the last day she was with the male....bout scared me to death

Yep, that's getting here. It's her first litter at 5 years old.

I'm back in Action!

Omer, sorry its been crazy around here. I missed your call, try me again when you get the chance.
Got me a new pup today out of Drummer x Ellie May. 7 month old male.

Lucy is going good, big as a hog. Looks like she has 100 pups in there. Going to take her hunting tonight. Only been going out for about an hour, but she no problem hunting all night.

Pups Due- 01-04-13 - 01-06-13. Less than a week away.

Lucy will be headed back to Iowa on Monday to have her pups.
She has been a real pleasure to hunt these last few months. Treed a bunch of coon and had a lot of fun. Omer, thanks for letting me hunt her.

matt left you a message. me and bryan was talking about this cross last night and me reminded me of something that happened when he would cross luke on a black land bear female he would get one or two pups that where redish brown color about like a dobe. just to give you heads up on this and you guys don't freak out if you have any ok.

Sounds good Omer.

Took Lucy and my new pup Slow Poke ( Drummer x Ellie Mae ) hunting last night with Tony and his female Pepper. Made three drops on some tuff hunting. Got one treed with a lot of work. My new pup that ain't ever rode in a truck, seen a coon or been in the woods went with the girls some. He kind of bounced back and forth between us and the dogs. Even got up on the tree by himself. We shot the coon out, and he was right in there with them. Oh boy, I don't know what he will turn out like, but he is on the right track. Took me a month to get my old dog where this pup is the first night.

I will throw him in the truck when me meet up, he is a really dark B&T with black feet, small build and a big mouth. Looks like a good amount of natural ability.

Made the switch.

Made the switch with Omer this afternoon. Lucy looks like she is going to pop any second.

Omer let us know when and what she has. Good luck Lucy.

Matt Lucy acted as if she never had been gone led her thru the barn and she went strait to her kennel as if she had never been gone.l She"s so big she is waddling like a duck lol

I will let you guys know when she has them and what she has.
