My point was that all religions have rituals that certainly seem extreme when observed without a basis for understanding their origins. Imagine someone judgeing christianity based on a video of snake handling christans, or the slap on the forehead faith heelers.in my example a mass done in lattin, a language that most attending dont even understand or the consuming of the body and blood of christ.

Very boring video. Just shows a bunch of people being taught the rituals of a religion. Baptisms, handshakes, Video of how earth was created...... is there supposed to be something bad in there? Every religion has a hierarchy, beliefs on creation, and rituals. I didn't see them molesting alter boys or trying to recruit suicide bombers so how bad can they be?

All I will say is when somebody starts doing things in the name of god, it normally serves their own agenda, that is why all religions have hierarchies. Some of mans most shameful moments have been in the name of one god or another.

I'm not basing my vote on any mans religion, especially in the political realm were being dishonest to make yourself look better to get votes is the norm. I'm basing my vote on simple general principles. Do you want more govt. or less govt.? Do you want more restrictions on how you can live your life or less restrictions? For me the answer is less and less.

Billy, Christians believe ALL are children of God. They can choose to be muslim, athiest, agnostic etc.

just put religen aside and put the teachings of the bible up front. the bible teaches what it teaches .Mormanism is a cult written by and inspired by a human man. The bible is the word of god inspired by the holy spirit. They r only one true god. And the man that wrote the book of mormans aint him.
