You know me, I wouldn't steer ya wrong. Cooked right it taste just like beef pot roast. Personally, I prefer it bar-be-qued.

I'll tell you boy's what... if one of you northern boy's can get up 400 or so coon carcasses that have been skinned and gutted i'll give you 4 bucks a piece for em... oh and leave a foot on

It cost around 2 dollers a coon to get that many back south, and i sell em for 10 so everyone involved makes 4 bucks a coon... shoot me a pm if you can provide that many
