Come for the auction

Come and do some Christmas shopping! There will be some wonderful items available including wildlife art, new toys/games, household decor' and much, much more! Joe and Roger picked up a load of donated firewood yesterday. There will definitely be something for everyone including Mom's, Dad's, kids, hunters and outdoors-men. Bring a dog for a buddy hunt after the auction and supper. We have a HUNT PERMIT! The weather is suppose to be great for Saturday. This is for a good, good man. He is an outdoors-man and fellow coonhunter that needs our help!
It's not too late to donate something. We will take donations on Saturday too. Lots of good food! A good time to be had by all!

Okay....we are going to start feeding everyone at 5:00 PM. Meal will be free offering, but please come prepared to do a little Christmas shopping.... judging from the list of donations for the silent auction, and for the live auction...we are going to have something for EVERY member of the family! So bring your family on November 3, 2012 at 5:00 PM to the Sportsmen and Farmers Conservation Club....

We have a few "big ticket" items that we will be auctioning off in a live auction as well...so come early and bid often...this is a GREAT Cause!

We will also have a $15.00 buddy hunt after all of the festivities.... Bring a dog and lets have a great time while raising some much needed funds for a great guy!

Just wanted to take a minute and say what an AWESOME event you put on. All the hunters and families really showed their true unselfish side tonight. Tammy by the way that sugar pie was well worth the money. Mike may I wish you GODS speed and quick healing.

wow, we had an amazing turn-out for the benefit tonight! fed around 180-190 people and made tons of money for a very deserving guy!! sure does give you a wonderful feeling to see so many people turn out to help!

Wow....

All I can say is WOW.

The turnout was INCREDIBLE..... Best estimate is that we fed between 190 and 200 people... And in a few short hours we managed to raise just a hair over $5,000.00

I can't say enough about every person who showed up to support Mike, to eat a pretty good meal, to bid on or buy a pie, cake, or other auction item.

Thanks to the 20 or so folks that brought dogs, despite the Walker Sectional just a few miles away!

And I certainly can't thank all of the folks that worked tirelessly for hour after hour to get all those folks fed...kept the drinks flowing, (we went through a whole bunch of coffee and lemonade)
