if ANYONE would like to submit a recipe for anything, please email them to: nc-cookbook@earthlink.net

please include specific instructions, all measurements of ingredients, your name, your affiliated coon club if any.

If you are on the list for a donation for a basket or are thinking about it, please make plans to send in your money as soon as you can. We need to get started on these as soon after the holidays as possible. We only apprx 4 months until this event and still a lot of work to do.

the plan for the cookbooks has been tabled until a later date. due to the UNDERwhelming response, we felt it was not feasible to complete in the timeframe that we have.

In its place we have thought about creating a membership list directory. this will help create a database of NCCHA members to help with any legislative fights. Please give your contact info to your club official when you join, including email addresses.

We have ordered NCCHA membership cards that will be given to each person at the club level when they join the club to show they are members of NCCHA as well. be sure to bring the membership card with you to the state event if you come to show membership.
