-- question for the mechanics on here (http://forums.ukcdogs.com/showthread.php?threadid=928266663)
well
you said its turning over so you need to check spark and compression and your fuel make sure your getting fuel will it run with starting fluid?????????? if it does then its something to do with your fuel thats where i would start you always have to have fuel spark and compression to run and if it was runnin and died it could have flooded out or fuel filter or air filter clogged up look in the air box if it did anykind of sitting youll be amazed at the stuff youll find inside

if you were driving it for those three hours AFTER you took the kill switch off then no i do not believe the kill switch had anything to do with it

What the kill switch does is grounds out and interrupts the impulses killing the spark . Okay a bad wire will do the same if it gets worn or pinched to the frame , engine , gas tank handle bars or a screw .

The kill switch I am talking about is like a sea doo kill switch like hook to u and if u fall off it kills it
If it is the diode type the diode is probably blown and if it is the type that I have on my bike then you can twist the end that moves in and out and that adjusts it and that will keep it from firing but you can take a meter and probe each side of it while cranking it JMO
