Posted by Russell Smith on 10-22-2012 01:10 PM:

No. The Application for Permanent Registration must be sent to us, as we need the original document in our office.

Posted by steve jevenois on 10-22-2012 03:49 PM:

ok ill send them then with regular mail
also i have received today an enveloppe from ukc.
but it only contained the dna profiling from semtex and cronos.
are the other papers from the pups that worked and the swabs for the 1ns that did not work send separetly to me?

Posted by Russell Smith on 10-22-2012 04:41 PM:

The lab will not send us those DNA Certificates until the other dogs have been re-swabbed. So you will receive everything at the same time, after the resubmissions have been completed.

Posted by steve jevenois on 10-22-2012 04:56 PM:

ok,so they have send me new swabs then wich i should expect 1 off the days?with the info from the dogs that need to be done again.pfff bacicly this is gone take forever before everyting is solved.

Posted by Russell Smith on 10-22-2012 05:02 PM:

Yes, we sent you new swabs with a letter explaining which dogs need to be swabbed again.

hoi russel
i have send few weeks ago the litter registration papers/swabs from the female kitana and the application permanent registration for the female kira to ukc.by checking the status they should off arived with ukc now.(signed delivery)
are they indeed with ukc now and have the papers been send to me from the litter and the female kira?
the other pups will take some time to be send to ukc since there are some probs with the postoffice sending them.

Posted by Russell Smith on 11-19-2012 01:06 PM:

I have checked under your last name for the last month and a half and I'm not showing anything. Can I have one of the dog's UKC numbers that you are asking about?

Posted by steve jevenois on 11-19-2012 03:59 PM:

the female from the swabs i have send is kitana
nr=P618-521
the female with the application permanent registration is a doughter from kitana her first litter(kira)

Posted by steve jevenois on 11-19-2012 04:10 PM:

it was handed out last week thursday to ukc the envelope according to the signed delivery status i can follow.11-15-2012

Posted by Russell Smith on 11-19-2012 04:43 PM:

Kitana's DNA was sent to our lab on the 16th and we have an estimated return date from the lab of 12-12-12.

Posted by steve jevenois on 11-19-2012 08:41 PM:

the litter registration and application for kira are ok?
and been send back to me then now i guess.

Posted by Russell Smith on 11-19-2012 08:43 PM:

Can I have Kira's UKC number?

Posted by steve jevenois on 11-19-2012 09:30 PM:

EUUUH thats a prob russel,i have not written it somewhere down
it was included with the swabs from kitana and the litter registration papers.

Posted by Russell Smith on 11-19-2012 09:35 PM:

Can you tell me the registered name of the dog? (I looked under your name and I did not see that you have a dog named Kira registered with us).

Posted by steve jevenois on 11-19-2012 10:13 PM:

she is not yet registert russel
had her papers for permanent registration in the enveloppe.the application paper

Posted by Russell Smith on 11-20-2012 12:59 PM:

OK...I want to be sure I understand what you're asking: Are you asking about the status of a litter application? If so, were the pups from the litter being DNA profiled?

Posted by steve jevenois on 11-20-2012 03:38 PM:

this is from an other litter russel, then don't need to be dna profiled.only 1 sire was used (cronos) and other female(cylon)
the female kira was an application permanent registration over 1 year old.she is from my first litter(semtex-kitana).
only wanted to know iff eveything is ok with thosr papers and iff they are send back to me then.the dna profiling from kitana(litter) will take some time that i know.till all the pups are dna profiled from her litter

Posted by Russell Smith on 11-20-2012 03:44 PM:

And the papers were in the last envelope that you sent to us?

Posted by steve jevenois on 11-20-2012 04:14 PM:

that is correct russel
the litter application/permanent registration for kira and the enveloppe with the swabs from kitana.they all were in the same brown enveloppe

Posted by Russell Smith on 11-20-2012 04:39 PM:

Let me check with the DNA Department and I'll get back with you.
