Several years ago I had a female stolen from my buddy's house and took off work looking for her. I had an idea who had taken her. The guy i suspected asked my dad if I had found my dog and dad said no and he hoped I didn't find her. The guy asked why and dad told him I had taken a pistol with me and if i caught someone with my dog, he was afraid i would shoot them. Next day the dog tied herself back up to the doghouse she was stolen from.

He had a little thought into what might happen. In my buddys situation, I think there was someone involved that he knew. He would really love to know who it is. Thanks Jim.

This post is hard to believe, but it is the truth. My buddy said the one gyp that was nursing pups when she was stolen had some type of oil on her to help dry her up. He also said the guy he talked to on the phone both times sounded like he was fairly young, with a southern draw. I know the guy that had the hounds was up to no good to start out. If he is watching this board, he did the right thing by returning the hounds to their rightful owner. If he had called and returned the hounds right away with no problems, my buddy would have given him a couple hundred dollars, just for the guys trouble. But he wanted to play games right from the start. Thanks Catt05 and take care. Tim.

Attn,

There is a Post on today, where someone found a Walker Gyp, that looked like she just had some pups pulled off of her,
I responded to this post to bring it back up, to the front page.
