LOUD !!!!!!!!

Now not picking at anybody but I have hunted with a pile of the English Dogs at Stud and couple that have been mention on hear. Sometimes people think there a BIG loud mouth, but define loud? The question was what is the loudest English Stud Dog. Anyone that wants to hear an Overpowering LOUD, i mean EXTREMELY LOUD ear hurting mouth on an English dog and a treedog to go with it. I bet you probably won't hear a Louder one than GR NITE CH PKC CH 'PR' Our's West Virgina Dandy. He sure will define the word LOUD!!!! Owned by Lee Ours in WV He is not a monthly advertized Stud dog but he is throwing some nice young hounds...Thank's and good hunting ....Chad

The Rolling Rock pups I have been with are right up there with some of the loudest hounds i have ever heard.

Wade Purdue(sp) from Columbus, Ms has some nice ones out of Rolling Rock. They give the right amount of mouth and dont need any help treeing a coon.

Nite Thunder dog is a ground shaker when he opens , they are no mistaken in cast when he's stuck in , and hunted with young dogs out of him thats has extra good mouths, Eric K has got a female off Thunder thats louder than most male dogs , he sure puts volume in what he is produceing , Mr Moon is dead right as he has hunted with the Nite Thunder hound

Thunder was a nice hound and I enjoyed hunting with Jesse, he was a real nice fellow.

I am looking at getting back into the English breed and he is definatlely one I am looking for a puppy out of.

Even at 14 yrs.old Rock is still one of the loudest i've ever heard!But now that brings us to Blackmon's Country Hick ; a close friend has told me that Hick is not only the loudest but the hardest tree dog he ever heard!That's a huge statement.since Mr.Sanders hunted with me while i hunted Nt.Ch.Blackmon's Topp a world class tree dog in his right.I've known M.C.Blackmon for over 15yrs. and I know that he wants a dog, that he can hear! And I know Hick is putting over powering mouths on his pups.While just this weekend another young dog finished to Nt.Ch.out of Hick. he is also on track to surpass his sire as a reproducer!With a Hick you get a pup that is more a balanced pup.thus making for more of a complete hound.Hick pups start hunting at the truck,but dont run over the top of coons to tree coons.they just do what it takes to tree the coon right.Hick pups are world class tree dogs.but not slick treeing idiots.all this without a mean bone in them. i bred my personal female to Hick cause i do know what he is .And i know he will reproduce quality.i strongly suggest breeding to hick.he's not only producing winners HE IS PRODUCING REAL COON DOGS !!!

It is interesting that Salt Creek Taz was born in my kennels and Blackmon's Rollen Rock's sire, Alsome, was also born in my kennels. Taz's mother and Alsome were littermates. These dogs were line bred on Timberstar Buddy where the loud mouth came from. I still line breed on Old Buddy and I still get super loud pups.

And yes, my buddy, Darrel Burroughs is like me and always bred for a loud mouth.

In my opinion Nite Thunder and his littermate Dan are prob the best the english breed has had to date at putting mouths on there pups...

Darrol Burrows is a fine man, with a fine bloodline, and he and I like the same kind of dog............yup his dogs have good mouths too as a rule....and they WILL BE bawl on track, dying bawl locate, and chop on tree.......or they wont be bred period.

I have hunted with a truckload of pups off Taz and never saw the first one w a mouth bigger than a little less than average, and most sound like housedogs.........I was never impressed w either him or his pups..jmo

I would bet every cross made with Tazz was an outcross. Average mouthed females will throw average mouthed pups. Same goes with ability. I never hunted with Tazz but I hunted with his littermate, Dual Grand Champion Heart of Dixie's Cannonbawl Red. I studded their sire, Dual Grand Champion Clemons' Little Bam who had a super mouth. I reckon I could post a video clip of Little Bam. Little Bam was a double grandson of Dickey's Old Sandy and a grandson of Buddy's. Extra loud mouths run in the Buddy/Sandy bloodlines and more important, they made stay put tree dogs. If you want to hear a loud mouth, check out the Maddy Gee's Roofus thread on the English board. Let's see some videos of these loud mouthed English. I will be glad to post some.

I have known Darrel for many years and he has spent time sitting on my couch.

Grand Nite Champion 'PR' Rooster Ridge Kopper Kid had the loudest mouth on any dog I have ever heard. Bar none.

David, Jim, and Darrel are all good buddies of mine, I may ask them the next time I see them but I will probably be talking about my Zeb/Mini pup's mouths instead. LOL

Kopper Kid carries the same blood as Little Bam. In fact, I believe Little Bam's sire was a littermate to Kopper Kid but I am not positive about it. I need to post a link to a Little Bam video.

First of all, Kopper Kid's sire Timex, was the littermate to Little Bam's sire Clemons Bam Bam.

Here is a video clip of Maddy Gee's Roofus belonging to Junior Cartright of West Virginia. Roofus is a good dog that Jim, David, or Darrel would be proud to hunt. I know they all like dogs out of their bloodlines instead of mine but they all know a good loud mouthed coon dog when they see and hear one.

You can hear Roofus overpowering the camcorder's microphone. He is typical of the mouths my dogs produce and I can show you generation after generation. Old Roofus needs his loud mouth because he is hunted in the hill and hollers of West Virginia and trust me, he goes deep!

I will post some video's of some of Roofus off spring too... I am processing one from last night of a 4 month old pup out of Roofus as I type... This was only the 3rd trip to the woods at night with no coon sent, hide etc.. ever shown to this pup until last night on a fresh road kill drag... Enjoy, JR

guys chad , said that dandy was the loudest, never hunted with him, but I have hunted with a female off of chads spiderman dog and she is loud,and a machine gun treedog, and randy royals ol ghost dog was loud back in his day, and his pups had big mouths, I have hunted with a ton of ghost dogs, all had good mouths to bust your ears loud

If you have noticed this thread goes back to 2003 my point is this Blackmon's Country Hick is loud because he was bred to be!This is no accident. In this thread you can read for youself about Wolf Creek Rollen Rock :Hick's sire Rock is VERY LOUD!!and so is Hick! he has inheirent traits that was bred in .Hick is passing many great traits to his pups.Hick is a very balanced hound .On the track and the tree.Hick trees coons not slicks.Hick has a very loud clear bawl on track and VERY LOUD chop on tree.Hicks pups start fast make wonderful tree dogs.they are very coon minded and have a head full of sense.Hick is already on track to surpass his sire as a reproducer.Thus making the most complete hound i've ever saw. for pups or breeding call M.C.Blackmon 205 999 3773
